EAS betagen
It comprises of three ingredients: creatine monohydrate, L-glutamine, and HMB. It has bit of Taurine and potassium phosphate in it. Phosphagen and Betagen are both creatine based supplements with big diffrenece between their formulas and speed. EAS phosphagen is more for loading and Betagen is used for maintance phase.
Betagen is worth its cost for its great flavours. But we should have in mind that we want results and not the taste. But good tasting supplement is a bonus to it. They come in raspberry and orange flavor.
Uses:
- It increases strength and lean mass.
- It enhances recuperation and muscle energetics.
- It reduces muscle protein breakdown after exercise.
As a dietary supplement, add one and half teaspoon to four oz of water or juice, and mix it till it dissolves. Or add a Betagen to the protein drink or nutrition shake. Use three servings daily. Do not exceed the serving.
Now we have a new Betagen HP which increases the overall effectiveness of the product. These improvements include:
- More glutamine: It is the most abundant amino acid in muscle tissue and is responsible for recovery and repair of muscle tissue. Glutamine is important for the maintenance of skeletal muscle protein level. Glutamine effects on immune system strength, cell volumization and protein synthesis.
- More taurine: It is very important for the nutrient transport. It also helps in the control of muscular contraction. Loss in taurine decreases muscle contractility and consequently exercise performance.
- Vitamin C and E: Whatever you do, the body produces free radicals. The body’s internal antioxidant defense systems will handle the challenge of dealing with free radicals at low levels of exercise intensity, however high intensity levels require supplement defense. The addition of vitamin C and E support the overall recovery process, as they provide immune system support and antioxidant protection from free radicals. This antioxidant combination in BetaGen HP helps individuals recover faster from intense workouts by diminishing the harmful effects of free radical production.
- Vitamin B-complex: The B-complex serves a variety of functions in the body which includes growth and repair of body tissues, healthy cell development, nervous system function and metabolism of fats, carbohydrates and proteins. They are important for the synthesis of hormones and red blood cell production.
