MDX complex: biotest has two compounds which are the driving force behind Hot Rox. They are: A7-E and sclaremax, and add in guggulsterone, then we have MDX.
Guggulsterone is the A7-E new fat loss compound and sclaremax is found in plant called salvia sclarea. Sclaremax acts as a potent adenylate cyclase, an enzyme that catalyses cAMP frm ATP.
A7-E: Its main purpose is to boost T3 levels without suppressing the Thyroid Stimulation Hormone (TSH). When T3 levels are low, lipase activity is hindered- which means that the activity of enzymes which breaks down the fats into glycerol and fatty acid is reduced.
Sclaremax: It is a compound found in a plant called salvia aclarea, and sclarea, and sclaremax is a potent adenylate cyclase activator which means it increases the enzyme action of forming cyclic AMP from ATP. Increased cAMP with high T3 levels greatly increases lipolysis or the breakdown of fat. Higher levels of cAMP and T3 decreases lipoprotein lipase activity leading to decreased lipogenesis or the production of fat.
Thiamin: It is member of water soluble B vitamin group which is required for energy production and carbohydrate metabolism
Niacin: It is also a member of the water soluble vitamin group. It is used in the production of the fatty acid, steroids and cholesterol. It has cholesterol lowering and vasodilating properties.
