Coral calcium
Coral calcium is just calcium, still coral calcium has an advantage over other types of calcium-marine coral calcium has a wide range and optimal mix of major and trace minerals. It contains calcium, magnesium and trace minerals, and the ratios of these minerals matches the human body’s ratio perfectly.
Calcium is not only needed for healthy bones and teeth but also needed for healthy muscles, nerve function, and calcium is the most abundant in the body. In our body 99% of the calcium is found in bones and 1% in the rest of the body, however this one percent is important as it is necessary for all bodily functions.
STUDIES:
- In one study the absorption of coral calcium was tested. Twelve healthy individuals were fed coral calcium added crackers and calcium carbonate added crackers. Both crackers were ingested on two time periods with a three day in between. The research found coral calcium has higher absorption. The magnesium content of coral calcium crackers were 252 mg compared to 42 of calcium carbonated crackers.
- In another study four kinds of calcium were studied: coral calcium, calcium carbonate, milk calcium and cow bone calcium. The study founded that coral calcium group has the highest value of reserved calcium and the highest absorption rate at 69.6%. It also has the highest amount of good cholesterol.
BENEFITS:
- It has the best absorption rate amongst all forms of calcium.
- It strengthens bones and teeth
- It cleans kidneys, intestines and liver while breaking heavy metals in the body.
- It has an optimal ratio 2 to 1 ratio of calcium and magnesium and it also contains trace minerals in prefect balance.
- Coral calcium balances pH level for better health.
- The calcium, magnesium and trace minerals balance is in natural proportions to the human body.
- It has the highest HDL (good) cholesterol density.
- It helps boost the immune system.
