A complete yoga class should include the following:

  1. Proper mood and environment (chanting, incense, candles clean and orderly room),

  2. Savasan (mental and physical relaxation),

  3. Pranayam

  4. Sun Salutations(Surya Namaskar) and/or warm-up exercises to prepare the body for asanas,

  5. Asanas

  6. Relaxation and Meditation, with emphasis on concentration and positive thinking
